character Descriptions - SoulsI have been trying to find a more detailed description of the Souls on all the Host fansites with no avail. So I decided to ask. Everyone seems to be focasing on the human aspect on how the characters look and avoiding the alien aspect. What do Souls look like?! And what to the bears and the see weeds and the spiders look like. There were more detailed descriptions of the other aliens then there was of the souls ironically.
Here is how I imagine them, but I was hoping for a more accurate description if I am too really sketch them out.
The effect I had from Meyers description was angelic, with a subtle lethal tone, kind of like cats. The main body extends about a foot, probably smaller. They body is flat like a fish but less wide like an eel. The body is thickest at the head and tapers off at the tail end. They color is a silvery white that has a slight glow to it. A few patterns of grey or off-white may break up the endless silvery white base color. The antenae are barely thicker than a guitar string with thin feather like apendages flowing from them every few inches. They would most likely not have eyes or mouths, maybe something to they use to take nutrition from the hosts body like a tube. Maybe thats what the antentae do? Pull the energy from the host body?
Well thats as far as I got. Im really curious to know more about the Souls themselves. Hopefully that could be expalined in new book. I think there would be a lot more artwork up if there was a section for more elaborate or detailed character descriptions but that might only be me ._.

I think that Steph wanted everyone to see them in their own way you know??
She wanted us all to have a basic description and then add on to it.

I think that sounds like a soul, and I agree with Ian<3...Stephenie probably left out some details so we could imagine them on our own
