I hope it's ok I jumped in you forum, But I love the host and Twilight and Stephenie Meyer.... And most of my friends don't.
But yeah I feel like a lost of people "like" Twilight just because everyone else does... And I don't want that to happen to the Host. =[

like twilight has all the sudden like..infested every girl in the school

but i think it was only cuz of the movie
and a lot of the popular ppl are just doing it cuz of that =/

Yeah it is so irritating!!
And really the people who have never even read the book,
and they buy like all the Twilight stuff,
just because of the actors.
It's like really find something you actually like.

Hi Megan. Welcome to the forum
I feel just like you. At first, I was the only one who knew Twilight (at least all of the people I know didn't) Then suddenly everyone I know like Twilight. And they haven't even read the book! It's so annoying, hearing "I love Twilight" all the time and knowing they knew nothing.
I really love The Host and I want it to be loved too. But I really don't want it to be famous if it ends up like Twilight. The forum would probably be full of members but no more real fans. So I'm currently happy with this forum, and I hope you'll like it too

My internet just got turned off...
So I walk to the Library everyday it is open to check this site.
