TWILIGHT MOVIE NEWS!!!!!For those of you who have not been to Stephenie's page lately. There is GREAT news for all of those who can't wait to see Twilight the movie. It is said that Warner Bros. has postponed Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince back to next summer... well, that opened something awesome...

yes. I think the crests are cool.
You also have to realize though, that the movie isn't going to be EXACTLY like the book. Even if they buy rights, it's illegal to copy a book word for word, scene for scene.

How do you know??? It could've been something SM left out of the book!!!!!  Honestly. Vampires can do whatever the f they want. So leaping from tree to tree doesn't bother me at all.

yeah. His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman. Excellent book and they TOTALLY fucked up the movie. I hated that. ><

well, the series is called His Dark Materials. The book is called The Golden Compass. It's upsetting though.

It's kind of like The Host, you have to read so far in and then it gets better. It really is a wonderful book.

yeah it took me ages to get into it, and then in the third book i got bored about half way through and skipped a few chapters. lol. and suprisingly i didn't miss too much important stuff... i don't think... at least, i wasn't confused when i started reading again.

heh, the third book is my favorite book actually. They can't make any more movies because the girl is 2 years older now... which sucks.

I didn't like the treetops, either, at first, but looking at the last trailer, it looks pretty awesome to me. Anyways, almost a month for the movie, YAY!

i hate Rob's makeup in the movie poster. he looks awful. he's supposed to be beautiful not look like a corpse. i know he is dead and everything, but it just looks horrible. urgh.

agreed...they over do the vamp scary/deadness which isnt right cus they should over do the vamp handsome/sexyness...and i agree witht the no jumping from tree to tree...that's just wrong and stupid...and he never takes her up a tree to look around...agh...theres bunch of stuff wrong with the movie...but i mean...as upset as i am...im still gonna go watch it... and maybe if i try and forget the book i'll like it...=)

yea i was sooooo disappointed in the movie...I guess I should've watched it first before i read the books... Cause all the way throught the movie I would be saying "that's not supposed to be in there..they never did that...she told him that somewhere else not in the woods...this movie sucks..." I heard the reason they got a new director for new moon was because everyone didn't like what christine(whatever her name is) did to the movie..how it didn't stay with the book...
The one thing that really ticked me off was their makeup!!!!!!!!! YOU COULD SEE THE WHITE MAKEUP LINE!!!! THEY COULD'VE DONE A LITTLE BETTER JOB WITH THE MAKEUP I MEAN SERIOUSLY!!!! LIKE ON CARLISLE...HE WAS WHITE ON HIS FACE BUT HE WAS TAN ON HIS NECK!!!!!!!!!!!!! GAH!!!!!!!!!!! THEY BETTER DO A BETTER JOB WITH NEW MOON...!!!
