A sterile hospital room.

In a broken home. Ok, srsly lol... Ohio.

03. Were you a planned baby?
I really don't think so.

April 29, 1989.

05. How many candles did you blow out on your last birthday cake?
Four or five. It probably should have been somewhere closer to 19 though.

06. How many siblings do you have?
Two I've never met from my dad, two from my mom and dad, and one from my mom. So technically, five (that I know about) but I might as well only have three. I wouldn't even mind only having two as long as I got to choose who to keep ^.^

07. Are they younger or older than you?
Only one is younger than me by about a year.

08. What is your current hair length?
Too long. A bit past my shoulders.

09. What color are your eyes?
Blue/Grey.

10. What color is your hair?
Depends. It's usually brown... but sometimes (outside) it's red. Like... very very red. I don't even know how that happens. It's even been a goldish color before AND I DON'T DYE IT. So I dunno.

11. Is it the same as the color of hair you were born with?
Nope. My hair was all black when I was born.

12. What's your shoe size?
Usually around 8-8 1/2. I think my work shoes are 7 1/2 though.

13. What's your current mood?
Bored. Anxious (I need to do laundry).

14. What do you smell like right now?
Not sure. But it smells good. It's a combination of Gain: Island Breeze laundry soap and Pert shampoo.

15. Height?
5'3 is as tall as I'm ever gonna get. X (

16. Left-handed or Right?
Right. I think I was meant to be left-handed though... but my dad didn't want any left-handed children so he trained us to use our right hands for everything.

I'm too indecisive to have a favorite food.

Family Guy!!

Red.

20. Favorite place to be?
In a dream.

A mattress, sheets, a pillow, some stuffed animals, a blanket, my brush, Max.

Red and black. Panted it myself ^.^

No. Why would I want to do that?

24. What's your earliest memory?
The earliest one I can put a date to is my second birthday. I remember the cake being sat in front of me on the coffee table and I was staring at it wondering if I would get in trouble for putting my finger in it. No one was saying anything so I started to poke at it and someone yelled "Get her a spoon! Get her a spoon!" And I remember looking up at a long pair of tan pants walking past me. I can still taste the frosting....

25. Has anyone ever given you butterflies?
Not that I can recall. I wouldn't know what to do with them anyway.
I'd probably just set them free ; )

26. Do you enjoy late night phone conversations?
I don't enjoy phone conversations of any sort.

27. Do you go to the bathroom with the door open or closed?
At home? Doesn't matter to me. I usually can't be bothered to shut it unless someone walks past.

Pj Pants, Tshirt, Hooded jacket thing, Socks.

29. What was the last movie you watched?
10 minutes of Ratatouille/15 minutes of Angela's Ashes. I couldn't decide which to watch so I watched the beginnings of both... then I got bored so I came back up to my room : )

31. What is your favorite kind of weather?
Rainy/Stormy.

32. What was the last reason that you cried?
I dunno. I was probably mad/frustrated... something like that.

33. Are you really happy or are you just saying that?
I never said that.

No.

35. Where did you get your last bruise from?
I dunno. I get a lot of mystery bruises. Probably from running into something at work.

36. What are your greatest fears?
Fish, heights, losing my cat, wind, something huge falling out of the sky, someone advancing on me with a needle, those white doctor gloves...

37. What are your biggest pet peeves?
People not thinking for themselves, people being selfish, disrespectful, irresponsible and people who think they can get away with lying to me.

38. What was the last thing you drank?
Tea.

39. Do you like potato chips?
No. The only kinds of chips I'll eat are Doritos, Fritos, Cheetos, and Tortilla chips. Sun chips are okay too.

40. Have you ever given blood?
Yup, to get out of class and I've given plasma twice because I needed the money. Almost got sent home at the finger poke every time XD

41. Do you know your blood type?
O negative.

42. When was the last time you threw up?
I was forced to induce vomiting when I had ecoli 3 years ago.

43. Have you ever been close to dying?
Yes.

44. Are you afraid of dying?
No. But I think it's a sad waste of a person and I wouldn't want to leave my poor kitty to fend for himself. He'd be lost without me and the thought would probably leave me in a deep state of unrest, thus turning me into a vicious spirit. >= ]

45. When was the last time you went to the hospital? What happened?
When I randomly stopped breathing two summers ago. It took two breathing treatments and two of those oxygen-nose thingys to get me back to normal. And then they did the chest X-rays and the unnecessary blood work. Tch. I didn't want to give the nurse my arm because I was like 'What in the world are you going to find in my blood?' But the fool insisted and it wasn't until later that I realized she probably thought I was trying to hide some drug usage XD

117 on MSN, over 100 on Yahoo, over 100 on AIM.

Introverted irl, extroverted online.

48. What should you be doing right now?
Sitting on the toilet.

Jared Samuel. And my mom always goes on about how she hates the name Jared now and that she probably would have just ended up calling me Jerry (because that's so much better? lol).

No. Never have.

Get a car and learn how to drive so I can start my life.

no im having a really bad day. i lost my ipod. i did 150 sit-ups in a row last night and it hurts to even laugh, my stomach muscles are messed up. also i have a blocked nose.

falling off a horse probably. i havn't had a bruise for a while.

moths/butterflies. phones. my family dying. especially darrell whos in afghanistan. love you!! =P

aforementioned period pains. i fainted too. lolz

yes! lol i was quadbiking in the desert and drove up a dune and nearly flipped over so i swerved and flew down a 10 foot drainage ditch on the side of the makeshift road, i jumped off before the quad bike fell on top of me. it was such an adventure. i should so be a stuntperson.

no

45. When was the last time you went to the hospital? What happened?
when i broke my arm. skiing. that was painful. i dislocated a the bone between my wrist and elbow, and they had to put it back in place whilst it was broken. ouch.
